Level 2 and 3 Counselling skills and studies combined

This course is suitable for anyone wishing to embark on a career as a qualified counsellor. It is also a useful course for anyone wanting to enhance their communication and listening skills, and develop their self awareness.

At level 2 you will learn the ability to ‘help’ using the core counselling skills, develop an aptitude to ‘help’ using the three core conditions and build up self awareness. 

Level 3 is essential for anyone wishing to become a counsellor. During this course you will develop a range of counselling skills within the three main theoretical models to begin, maintain, and end a counselling process; learn to understand the key features of a range of approaches within the 3 main theoretical models of counselling and develop an increased awareness of self in relation to working as a counsellor. 

If you already have a level 2 Qualification you can still join this course in order to gain your level 3 certificate.
